Privacy policy

AglaOwner collects seller and buyer information to review business sale listings, publish approved summaries, and deliver buyer enquiries to sellers. We collect only the information needed to operate the listing board.

For sellers, this may include name, email, mobile number, WhatsApp number, business details, city, category, public proof links, price and revenue bands, and optional GST or Udyam details. For buyers, this may include name, mobile number, email, city, purchase timeframe, and message.

We use this information to review owner-submitted listings, prevent spam and duplicate submissions, publish approved public listing summaries, send buyer enquiries to sellers, run renewal and expiry notices, and maintain an audit trail for moderation.

Public listings do not show seller mobile numbers or private identity details in v1. Price, revenue, and profit are shown as bands to reduce privacy risk.

Rejected seller submissions may be deleted after 180 days. Buyer leads for sold or closed listings may be deleted after 180 days. Expired or sold listings may be archived for operational records before private fields are removed.

You can request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of consent by emailing privacy@aglaowner.in. This address is also the grievance contact for privacy matters.
