AglaOwner is a listing board for owner-submitted small business sale opportunities in India. It is not a broker, valuation advisor, escrow service, or due-diligence provider.

Sellers are responsible for ensuring the information they submit is accurate and that they are authorized to market the business for sale. Buyers are responsible for their own diligence, legal review, and commercial decision making.

We may review, reject, pause, expire, or remove listings that appear fraudulent, broker-led, misleading, duplicated, or stale. Reviewed status only means manual screening was completed based on the information available to us.

Use of the board does not create any guarantee of sale, response time, transaction completion, or lead quality. We may change or stop free beta access at any time.
